Currently, Phalarope is actively involved as a collaborating organization in multiple Rotary International global grants in Guatemala and Panama. In these projects, we play a significant role in the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of interventions focused on maternal and child health and community development.

Phalarope offers internships and fellowships for students and professionals seeking meaningful experiences in the nonprofit sector. Participants can engage in various fields such as public health, program development, non-profit accounting, social media and marketing, and agriculture. Through hands-on experiences, they gain practical skills and knowledge while contributing to projects that improve community health, enhance program effectiveness, manage finances, and promote sustainable farming practices.
